Your place in Dubaiis a process. We run it.
One team handles the shortlist, documents, offer, student visa and housing — from your first call to your first day on campus.

Nobody owns the messy middle
Ten tabs, no answer
Every university has its own portal, deadline and document list. You reconstruct the process from forums and hope you read the right thread.
Free advice, paid by schools
Most agents earn a commission from the university they send you to. Their shortlist answers to their revenue, not to your future.
The offer is only halfway
Then come attestations, medicals, Emirates ID, a housing deposit and a term date that does not move. This is where families lose a year.
Admission is not luck. It is a checklist somebody owns
01
Selection
Four to six programmes you can get into and would actually choose. You pay us, so the list answers to you.
02
Application
Translations, attestations, portals, deadlines. You sign what we list; we file it and chase until the offer lands.
03
Arrival
Visa, Emirates ID, insurance, housing, airport pickup. We stay on it until you are in the room with the keys.

“I moved to Dubai at eighteen with a folder of documents and nobody to ask. My team now does for you what I had to work out alone — and I put my name on every case.”

Agents typically take 10–15% of first-year tuition as commission — on an AED 80,000 programme, about $22,000, that is $2,200 to $3,300, built into the tuition you pay. Our fee is one-off and agreed before we start.
Two students, two intakes, or guardianship paperwork? We handle those as a custom engagement — ask on the call.
What we owe you, and what we will never claim
We don't guarantee admission
Nobody honestly can. We guarantee the work: the right shortlist, correct filings, every deadline met.
One manager, one thread
You always know who is accountable, and you get an answer within one working day.
Fixed price, agreed up front
No commission from universities and no new invoice when the visa stage arrives.
We refund our own mistakes
If a filing fails because of us, that stage is refiled at no cost or refunded in full.
Asked by every family we meet
No. Nobody honestly can. We guarantee the work — a realistic shortlist, correct filings and every deadline met.
You do. We take no commission from universities, so the shortlist answers to you and not to a referral fee.
We can start at the visa and housing stage. Tell us on the call and we price only the part that is left.
Yes. Most families add a parent to the WhatsApp thread, and we send one written update every week.
Twelve days on average once the offer and medical are done. Ramadan and the August peak can add a week.
Where the refusal is procedural we refile at no cost. If the fault is ours, that stage is refunded in full.
Four questions now, ten weeks to campus
Answer four questions and we come back with a shortlist sketch and the next available call.
